I'm Alex, the writer, photographer and creator of The Full Shilling. I started writing as a way to share all my favourite places in Ireland and the list just keeps growing! My aim is that you'll find somewhere new to explore and you'll make some great memories along the way. Happy reading!

8 years agoHi Lauren! Thanks so much - the iPhone can do well sometimes but I've been trying to take more photos with the camera I got at Christmas, if only I'd remember the memory card! At least I'm not the only blogger snapping away around Armagh anyway, maybe the locals will get used to it :)

8 years agoThis is a great post! All of your pictures are amazing, I would have never guessed that you took them on your phone. I always do the same with my memory card, it's just such a hassle taking it in and out of your camera ha. And I totally get what you mean about locals looking at you like you're a crazy person, I live close to Armagh and I get so many funny looks when I try to take pictures ha
